# Roadmap: The Masterplan

**Phase 1: Frogspawn (Q1 2025)**

* Wake up the maxis
  * Socials push to build awareness
* Build brand
  * Huge giveaway to increase organic growth
  * Preliminary content placements to boost visibility
* Presale goes live

**Phase 2: Tadpole (Q2 2025)**

* Cross-channel marketing push
  * Strategic content placement on top tier crypto sites, including Bitcoin-first publications
  * Social media content, paid ads, UGC, and more expand audience
* Build Bitcoin Pepe
  * Devs begin building the Layer 2. Proof-of-Stake architecture for low fees, high speed, low validator requirements; full smart contract functionality for PEP-20, DeFi, and NFTs; EVM/Solidity framework for max. developer support
* Claim & listing

  * Presale ends followed immediately by token claim, then listing on major exchanges. Tier 1 CEXs targeted for launch

**Phase 3: Baby Toad (Q3 2025)**

* Strategic social media and content push
  * Continue to expand audience and sustain buy pressure post-listing to protect BPEP token price
  * Target KOLs to bring in massive retail volume
* Unlock staked tokens
  * Staking rewards delivered shortly after listing, following grace period to protect listing price

**Phase 4: Pepe, King of Bitcoin (Q4 2025)**

* Deploy L2 chain mainnet

  * Incentivize node operators and validators to join the network to increase decentralization and  long-term stability
* Launch Bitcoin bridge
  * Multiple modalities including atomic swaps, two-way asset wrapping, and pegging with multisig security
* Launch meme-focused DEX
  * Bitcoin's answer to pump.fun
  * AMM with open liquidity pools, yield farming options, and analytics platform
* Launch NFT marketplace
  * NFT creation, fractional ownership, auction system, and metadata hosting solution baked in<br>
